Pigskin Pix uses account information, football picks, scores, and related competition activity to operate the game. If you choose text messaging, we also use your mobile number, verification status, consent history, notification preferences, and delivery status.
How mobile information is used
Mobile information is used to verify ownership of your number, record your consent choices, deliver the Pigskin Pix messages you selected, honor opt-out requests, prevent misuse, and diagnose delivery problems.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers, telecommunications carriers, and aggregators necessary to operate and deliver the messaging program.
Service providers
Pigskin Pix may provide the minimum information needed to hosting, email, database, security, and messaging providers that perform services on our behalf. These providers are used to operate Pigskin Pix and are not authorized by Pigskin Pix to use mobile information for their own marketing.
Message frequency and charges
Picks Reminder message frequency varies based on the football schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Retention and security
Pigskin Pix retains account and competition data as needed to operate historical standings and the game. Consent and opt-out evidence is retained as needed to demonstrate and honor messaging choices. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may change optional Email and text-message preferences, remove your mobile number, or disable text messaging from Notification Preferences. Required account and security emails are not controlled by optional reminder preferences.
